There's been a flurry of activity in the retail sector of late with a number of high profile roles keeping us busy and an influx of new requests from clients seeking talented retail professionals.
Despite the hype about the downturn in retail activity, most of our executive level recruitment has been in the retail space, in particular filling key roles for the exciting new Rundle Place development for the Pacific Group of Companies.
It doesn't stop there. We are currently looking for Retail Centre Managers for a variety of clients and we also have roles in retail leasing up for grabs for professionals with excellent communication, management and negotiation skills.
In response to our call for retail talent, we've had an increase in interest from overseas and interstate people looking to relocate to Adelaide. This may be due to our comparatively well performing economy and our recent ranking as the World's 5th most liveable city according to the EIU's Global Liveability Report, jumping ahead of Sydney this year.
