We had a temp from Edge for 2 weeks whilst a staff member was on leave. We loved her! She was efficient, dressed to suit our image, professional phone manner, lovely to all incoming queries and always asked for work if she had completed her tasks.
Today we had the escalator to level 1 fail, so there was only access via David Jones. So we asked her to jump into the concierge role (badge and 2 way included!). She did great. Her flexibility to suit anything we needed was exactly what we needed.
She asked me for feedback today and I said keep doing what you are doing! Thank you for providing a temp receptionist who fitted our brief perfectly.
