Administration Assistant

The Company

The Role

Our client is looking to appoint an Administration Assistant/Receptionist with construction experience to join their Residential Building team.
Your day to day duties will include:

  • Checking emails and sorting daily mail
  • Sorting documents, scanning & filing
  • Preparation of hand over packs / documents
  • Liaising with councils
  • Amendment of specification plans
  • Assist maintenance department
  • Back up duties include: Reception, making orders, making packs, filing, kitchen duties
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and work autonomously 
  • Professional, confident and assertive personality
  • Experience within the Building & Construction industry is essential
