Property Accounts Administrator

About the Company
Small boutique company on the outskirts of the CBD with Cafes and restaurants at your door. The practice manages a portfolio of commercial and residential properties on behalf of clients and they are currently looking for an established commercial property accounts administrator to join their small team.

About the role
Working three days per week you will undertake general accounts administration duties and provide support to owner of the business.  This role is based on in a small quiet office.


  • Lease administration 
  • Data entry, receipting rent and banking
  • Managing the accounts payable/receivable process
  • Liaising with Tenants and Landlords  
  • Maintenance enquiries
Skills and Experience
To be considered you will need to demonstrate prior experience in either an all-round accounts based role or an accounts payable position using Excel or XERO.  Experience working in the commercial or residential property Industry will be highly regarded .

Work autonomously with professionals in a busy environment.   Build on your existing knowledge in this established organisation in this part-time position.
