About the Role
You will be joining a team of experienced real estate professionals managing an organised and well maintained portfolio of properties. You will have excellent attention to detail and be focused on providing high end customer service to the clients.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the residential rent roll and all associated paperwork including:
- Processing applications
- Signing up of new tenants
- Inspections (routine, ingoing and outgoing tenancies)
- Monitoring properties and following up all lease expiries monthly
- Organising and supervising property maintenance
- Preparing and typing of leases/renewals
- Advertising placing and costing
This is a high preforming company who develops great long term relationships with their customers. The role therefore will best suit a confident individual, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
