Our client is a well known organisation with a large number of property assets across a range of sites. With a number of capital works projects underway, and a large project about to begin, they are looking to add to their projects team.
With a strong client interface this position will work as part of a project management team to deliver minor and major capital works. Key duties will include:
- Consultation with internal clients to scope projects
- Issuing of tender documents
- Work closely with consultants and contractors
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Attend site and project meetings
- Consultation with both internal and external stakeholders
- Budgetary and document management
We are looking for a project manager who has a track record in successfully juggling a variety of capital works upgrade projects with ease and flair! Strong consultation skills and the ability to to keep projects running on time and on budget will be key to your success.
What's on offer
This role will be as a temporary position for between 6-12 months. A car will be provided for any travel undertaken during work hours.
