Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Property show throughs
- Routine inspections
- Ingoing/outgoing inspection
- Organising maintenance
- Preparing leases/renewals
- Advertising placing/costing
- Preparing bond refunds
- Approving and signing up tenants
- Bond finalisations and refunds
- Attending Residential Tenancies Tribunal hearings
This portfolio covers the south western suburbs of Adelaide and would suit a property manager living in the southern or western areas.
You are expected to have intermediate or advanced computer skills including MS word, Outlook and Excel. Experience using REST or PropertyMe is a must along with current drivers license and car.
