We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager with the following skills and experience to join a loyal hard working team based in south western area of Adelaide. This department is headed up by an experienced "hands on" Department Manager who likes to retain and develop their staff.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate we are seeking is a registered Property Manager who can manage a medium sized portfolio. This portfolio has been well maintained over many years by the same property manager. Duties you will required to preform will be:
- Thorough understanding of current legislation
- 3-5 years experience as a residential property manager
- Confidence in dealing with landlords and tenants both verbally and written
- Immediate knowledge of Property Me or similar
- Knowledge of the south western area of Adelaide.
