Commercial Property Administrator
About the role
Fantastic opportunity exists for a commercial administrator to join a well known property department in Adelaide. You will be part of a small team in close daily contact with property managers as well as tenants and suppliers.
• Monthly tenancy invoicing
• Accounts payable
• Coordinating maintenance
• Efficient management and control of debtors in conjunction with other team members
• Maintaining the integrity of information entered into the accounting & tenancy management system
• Preparation of reports
Skills and experience
For you to be successful in this position you will need to show stability and experience in a busy commercial administration based role (2-4 years). Exposure to a similar position in the property industry will be highly regarded. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook will be essential to your success.
