Facilities Co-ordinator

About the Company
Our client is a boutique property consultancy firm managing a portfolio of properties across commercial, retail, industrial and medical asset classes.  With a strong focus on client service for tenants and landlords alike they pride themselves on their professional approach and property know-how.

About the Role

In this newly created role you will be joining an experienced team of property managers to provide support across the portfolio. Reporting to the Director you will interact with contractors, tenants and landlords on a day-to-day basis.  

Duties will Include

  • Organising maintenance across a variety of properties
  • Working closely with contractors, tradespeople and suppliers
  • Undertaking small projects including refurbishments and improvements
  • Assist with managing compliance for the portfolio
  • Maintaining records and reviewing invoices for approval
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered you will need to have previous experience working in a role that involves facilities management or co-ordinating maintenance.  A focus on hard services is preferred and exposure to a variety of different assets would be advantageous.  You will need sound admin skills and intermediate computer skills including MS word, Outlook and Excel to manage the work flow and flourish in this position.
