Our client is a long-established brand in the southern suburbs running both a successful sales agency and residential property management business.
With internal changes due to a retirement they are seeking an experienced account administrator to assist with the transition to a new accounts administrator.
Key duties of the role will include assisting with all facets of managing the property management trust account from receipting rent, to paying creditors, calculating water charges, reconciliations, end of month disbursements and reporting.
The second facet of the role is assisting with company accounts including managing the sales trust account, payment of company creditors, payroll and end of month accounting.
To be considered it is essential that you have prior experience working in an accounts administration role in a real estate agency and are confident in both company and trust accounting. Prior use of MYOB is essential, as is in-depth knowledge of a cloud base property management system such as REST or Multi-Array.
This is a temporary position that will be offered on a full-time basis initially for 2-4 weeks, but may go longer.
