Administrator - High Level Excel Skills Essential

Edge Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency connecting the best people in property.  We are currently working with a large government contract who are looking to add and experienced Administrator with advanced Excel skills and a "willing to try attitude" to their team.  

This is a six month contract.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties with a high level of written work.
  • Record the daily monitoring of emergency and security incidents.
  • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of planned and reactive maintenance and insurance claims.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Advanced excel skills, creating spreadsheets, pivot tables and other management extracts
A current police/DSCI clearance is required.

You must be able to step straight into this contract working in a fast paced environment. You will be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task with effective communication skills.  Previous experience in a security management or maintenance management position will be look favourably.
