We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant with the following skills and experience to join a leading sales consultant based in the eastern area of Adelaide:
- Diary and contact management
- Preparing and organising contracts and form 1's
- Weekly updates to Vendors
- Preparing, writing and uploading advertising
- Assisting the sale agent will their day to day duties
- Organising all marketing material (e.g sketch, floor plans, photography, brochures and sign boards)
- Liaising with Vendors, Conveyancers and various professionals
As a valued employee of this company you will need to be extremely polished in your presentation with strong communications skills and the ability to articulate yourself to a high level.
