Residential Property Manager

About the Company

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Residential Property Manager to manage their own portfolio in the north western suburbs.

You will be have the ability to be able to work autonomously, while also having in office support when required. To be successful you will have strong organisational skills and business development skills.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Inspections including new properties, in/outgoing and quarterly
  • Checking references of prospective tenants
  • Approving and signing up tenants and explaining requirements under the Act
  • Bond finalisations and refunds
  • Attending Residential Tenancies Tribunal hearings
  • Rental arrears
  • Maintenance
  • Sourcing new business and performing rental property listing appraisals
Skills & Experience 

Working in this role you will be well organised, proficient and the ability to prioritise. Managing a busy work load you will be able to work efficiently and accurately at all times. Attention to detail is a must as well as a professional, yet casual and friendly approach.

You are expected to have at least 4 years property management experience along with intermediate or advanced computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience using the Rest system will be looked upon favorably. Current drivers license is a must.
