Property Portfolio Planner/Space Planner

Great role with an employer of choice who are highly recognised in their field of expertise. 

This key role is responsible for working with the Manager of Commercial Property to manage and review the accommodation needs of the organisation across a national portfolio.  Key aspects include:

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to review and manage accommodation needs
  • Manage external consultant relationships
  • Conduct accommodation space audits
  • Create concept designs
  • Manage and maintain data relating to accommodation and the real estate portfolio
With the ability to be both strategic and reactive, and keep up to date with industry trends and best practice, you will be able to apply your technical knowledge to best benefit the organisation and its employees.  Adept at building relationships you will be able to be both a great listener and an influencer.

To be considered you will have formal qualifications in architecture or design and a minimum of 5 years experience.  A confident user of AutoCAD, you will be able to create and alter concept designs to meet the needs of end users.

Please note that some interstate travel may be required as part of this role.
