About the Role
With approximately 120 properties, you will be responsible for maintaining this portfolio at all times. You must have great communication skills and be able to deal with both tenants and landlords. Three plus years experience within property management is a must for you to be considered for this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Property show throughs
- Ingoing/outgoing inspections
- Organising maintenance
- Preparing leases/renewals
- Advertising placing/costing
- Preparing bond refunds
- Approving and signing up tenants
- Attending Residential Tenancies Tribunal hearings
- Certificate in property management will be looked upon favourably
- 3-5 years plus experience managing a portfolio
- A valid current drivers licence
