Trust Account Administrator

This is a leading real estate agency located in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. They are looking for an experienced Trust Account Administrator to contribute to the smooth running of the property management portfolio.

You will hold a vital role in the company where your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing mid and end of month procedures and ensuring that accurate statements are sent within required time frames
  • Ensuring all rents and other deposits are accurately receipted through REST
  • Regularly reconciling trust accounts to ensure transfers, payments and receipts are processed accurately
To be successful in this role you must have:
  • Knowledge of and experience in property management including liaising with tenants, landlords and tradespeople
  • An understanding of all legislation relating to rental property management trust accounting
  • Great decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
In addition, you will be flexible, work well within a team, be able to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
