Facilities Manager

With a portfolio of landmark properties in South Australia our client is a significant property owner in the Eastern States. They are very well established in SA and have exciting plans for continued growth.
As part of a small executive team, your role will focus on the operational performance of the Centre. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will ensure that a comfortable and safe shopping environment is maintained for customers. Responsibilities will include:

  • Producing annual budgets for approval and implementing agreed projects/action plans
  • Monitoring cost and expenditure
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Managing contractors
  • Risk management and OHS
  • Supervising cleaning and security staff
  • Manage and maintain the BMS
  • Coordinating minor works including tenancy fit outs and capital works
We are looking for someone with excellent facilities management skills gained through at least 2-5 years experience in a commercial or retail environment. A strong approach to systems, planning and reporting will be the key to your success.
