Receptionist / Administration Assistant
This Centre is a well-known shopping destination in the north eastern suburbs with a variety of specialty retail outlets. This varied position based in an office environment is working as part of the tight-knit team that keeps the Centre running on a day-to-day basis.
With a great mix of duties, this is a role that will keep you on your toes as you switch between customer service, administration and accounts based work.
Key duties will include:
- Being first point of contact for customers, retailers and contractors
- Providing admin support such as word processing, database management, filing, and records management
- Managing purchase orders and accounts payable enquiries
- Invoicing, banking and reconciliations
- Producing reports for management and head office and more!
Our client is ideally looking for someone with 1-2 years experience within a reception / administration role. Training will be provided on the specific systems used in the office. Experience in accounts payable / receivable or general accounts administration will ensure that you have the ability to be up and running quickly.
Intermediate word, outlook at excel will be required and prior experience in the property industry will be highly regarded.
You will be working with a group of people who really enjoy their job, be an integral part of a small team who are responsible for running a large property asset.
