We are currently recruiting for a Property Management and Sales Administrator with the following skills and experience to join a fantastic team based in south western area of Adelaide:-
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with their inquiries (over the phone and face to face)
- Supporting sales staff
- Preparing contracts and forms
- Preparing advertising, brochures and property guides
- Property management duties as preparing lease documentation, lease renewals, maintenance and corresponding with Landlords and Tenants
- Maintaining office cleanliness
- General administration and accounts experience
- Solid computer skills in Word, Excel and REST
- Leadership and management skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a real estate office
