A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Reception/Sales Hostess to join a highly reputable residential development company working within their sales centre in the northern part of Adelaide.
This role is part time and will involve working 4 days per week, inclusive of weekends. Hours of work are from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
This role is a long term position of a 6 month minimum duration with a possible extension.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Face to face customer interaction
- Answering customer queries
- Directing sales enquiries to sales staff
- Answering all incoming phone calls
- Disseminating information (through email and database enquiries)
- Maintaining a friendly and considerate environment
- Data entry into systems
- Other general administration duties
- Experience in sales within the building & development industry
- Be available to work weekends
- Highly-skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Particularly Word and Excel)
- Professional presentation
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable
