Reception/Sales Hostess

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Reception/Sales Hostess to join a highly reputable residential development company working within their sales centre in the northern part of Adelaide.

This role is part time and will involve working 4 days per week, inclusive of weekends.  Hours of work are from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. 

This role is a long term position of a 6 month minimum duration with a possible extension.  

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Face to face customer interaction
  • Answering customer queries
  • Directing sales enquiries to sales staff
  • Answering all incoming phone calls
  • Disseminating information (through email and database enquiries)
  • Maintaining a friendly and considerate environment
  • Data entry into systems
  • Other general administration duties
To be successful you will have the following:
  • Experience in sales within the building & development industry
  • Be available to work weekends
  • Highly-skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Particularly Word and Excel)
  • Professional presentation
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual and reliable
