Residential Property Manager

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Property show throughs
  • Routine inspections
  • Ingoing/outgoing inspection
  • Organising maintenance
  • Preparing leases/renewals
  • Advertising placing/costing
  • Preparing bond refunds
  • Approving and signing up tenants
  • Bond finalisations and refunds
  • Attending Residential Tenancies Tribunal hearings
As this role will require you to work both in and out of the office, the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload efficiently and accurately is absolutely essential.  

This portfolio covers the southern suburbs of Adelaide and would suit a property manager living in the southern area.
  
You are expected to have intermediate or advanced computer skills including MS word, Outlook and Excel. Experience using REST is a must along with current drivers license and car.
