The Role
This role as Buyers Agents marks the inaugural role for this company in South Australia and is a direct response from company growth, offering the opportunity for a self-driven individual to shape their own role while enjoying total company support and unlimited earning potential. With an abundance of leads from head office, the ideal candidate will demonstrate efficiency, motivation, and readiness to convert leads into successful sales.

Duties &Responsibilities
As a Buyers Agent, you will:

• Utilize market expertise and online resources to research properties.
• Shortlist properties aligning with client requirements.
• Attend private inspections and auctions.
• Liaise with selling agents to gather property details.
• Compile property portfolios, including photographic documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships.
• Resilient attitude and composure under pressure.
• Diligence in follow-up procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and databases.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and industry knowledge.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Certificate IV in Property desired or willingness to obtain within three months.
• Flexibility to work weekends and attend late afternoon inspections as needed.
