Jane Carey (Bach. Mgmt. Empl. Rel.) As a co-founder of Edge Recruitment, Jane has been a passionate part of the team responsible for building Edge Recruitment. As CEO Jane has overall responsibility for the growth of the company, daily management of the team, business development and strategic direction company. Jane's experience working in the property industry prior to starting Edge and a zealous approach to a high standard of ethics has cemented her success. Her knowledge of the industry has prompted many invitations to sit on industry committees for organisations such as the Real Estate Institute of SA and the Property Council of Australia.

Gary Beesley Gary's extensive experience includes starting and managing highly successful businesses, with Edge -Recruitment being no exception. As a co-founder of the company his vision and entrepreneurial spirit have driven our success. Gary is also a Director of Matrix – a company dedicated to assisting clients source and recruit rookie residential salespeople around Australia using the unique technology of The Real Estate Simulator. |

Janna Heading With over 6 years with Edge Recruitment, Janna has an in-depth knowledge of the organisation. Having held various roles in the company she has a primary focus on filling temporary and contract assignments and maximising opportunities for members of our temp team. |

Melinda Van Langenberg Melinda joined Edge bringing over 10 years hand-on experience in the property industry. Managing key clients in the corporate property sector Melinda recruits at all levels, but with a focus of senior appointments across commercial agency, property development and construction, retail management and government. |

Melissa Gray Melissa’s background is in both legal and conveyancing, supported by a Bachelor of Justice and Society and Certificate IV in Conveyancing. Melissa has recently begun her career in recruitment, and is quickly applying her strong customer service skills to focus on the needs of both the client and the candidate, ensuring the right candidate for the job. Her genuine care for people and high work ethic is beginning to show through both client and candidate satisfaction equally. |
